What is your return and refund policy?

Returns are rare, but we’re here to help. Unopened and unused items are eligible for a refund minus shipping. If an item has been opened, it may be eligible for a 50% refund minus shipping. If something doesn’t seem right, contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can review your order.
